PAYMENT/IDENTIFICATION

All new customers are required to sign a disclaimer and present Valid 18+ Photo ID. 

Due to fraudulent activity involving credit cards, all orders made by credit card must be made by the same person named on both the card and the order. We will check your card to verify this for our security. This applies to new and existing customers. 

Similarly, all orders using PayPal must be made under the same name as listed on your PayPal account. This applies to new and existing customers.

If you are hosting an event and you are a first time customer you will be required to allow to us to record your ID for our security.

If you cannot provide ID when requested upon delivery we will not be able to fulfill your order and you will be charged the full delivery and processing fee.

If you provide the incorrect address and the driver must then drive to a second address you will be charged the full delivery fee for both addresses if the second address is not in the same delivery area or is but is on the opposite side of the delivery area map (E.g. If you place an order to Capalaba in area 3 but you’re actually in Darra also area 3, because they’re on opposite sides of Brisbane while remaining in the same delivery area you will be charged for both). You will not be charged for both if you update your address prior to receiving a message with your ETA and the driver isn’t driving and is able to check your updated address. 

When changing address there is a possibility it will cause the Eta to change by up to approximately an hour if we have multiple deliveries at once and the change in address would negatively affect the logistical efficiency of all the orders overall, you will be updated if so.  

If you cancel your order while the driver is already on the way you will still be liable to pay the full delivery and processing fee.

If you are located in the CBD we must be able to park at the address, please provide information that the driver may need.  If you are in a high-rise, hotel, units, apartment etc you must meet the driver at vehicle or in front of the premises. We do not under any circumstances enter the building, house, rooms or elevators for safety, security and currently health policies.

Payments by bank transfer must be made immediately upon delivery. You must also provide us with a receipt via text to the number found on our home page or via email before we will hand over any order.

By placing and order with us you agree to pay the full delivery fee for the area in which you are based. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if you refuse to pay the correct delivery fee, do not respond to our messages/calls, we attempt delivery and you are unable to receive it at that time specified by the ETA, you cancel the order while we are on that delivery, underage, placed an order to Toowoomba or Sunshine Coast as well as Gold Coasts’ area 6 without prior inquiry at an unreasonable time for that distance, rude/abusive

We respectfully ask that customers order at the most 3 times per 24 hour period. This is to ensure that we can deliver to everybody quickly and to avoid unnecessary travel time for our drivers, especially late at night and early in the morning.

All cancellations will be refunded minus any processing fees incurred by 3rd party payment platforms and correct delivery fee for that area if it is cancelled for any of the delivery related reasons listed above within 5-10 business days, unless you owe us for delivery this will be deducted. In this instance you will receive a refund minus  delivery fee/processing fee/unpaid order total. 

All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law and we will replace or refund faulty products, however any evidence of misuse forfeits this.

If there is evidence shown to us of misuse we will record the incident and ensure you are unable to order from us again!

SAFETY/MISUSE

Whipped Cream Chargers supplied from this website must only be used for the preparation of food. The cream chargers contain a gas called Nitrous Oxide that can be abused in the same way that glue or solvents are. In order to combat this we require that any customer purchasing our products confirm they are aware of the issues and will make every effort to prevent our products from being misused. Also we issue this warning if we suspect that you intend to misuse our products, we will refuse to sell any equipment to you. We will also refuse to do business with you in the future and your account (name, addresses etc) will be barred.

– It is an Offence to sell cream whipping chargers for the purpose of inhalation.
The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially, death. Keep out of reach of children.
We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18.

*Product Safety*
Before using our whipped cream making equipment you must first read the manufacturers instructions. This will show you how to safely charge your cream using the cream whipping chargers.
– No more than 1 charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2 Litre Whipper and no more than 2 chargers for a 1 Litre Whipper. An explosion could occur from excessive pressure if you use more than stated.
– These chargers contain liquid Nitrous Oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.
– EXPLOSION DANGER – do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature not to exceed 50C.
– Do not dispose of full chargers. They may cause someone else an injury!
– Keep out of reach of children.
– NOT TO BE FLOWN! Pressurised gas cartridges must not go on a plane at all. No excuses, you may be prosecuted.

Our new site is coming in the next 1-2 months and will ensure it is easy to order from each city, this set up is currently temporary.
